BlitzBooks started with a simple frustration: the people who keep South Africa running — electricians, plumbers, builders, landscapers and every kind of service business — were stuck doing quotes in a notebook, invoices in a spreadsheet, and chasing payments off the back of a WhatsApp thread. The admin was eating their evenings, and the good accounting packages were built for bookkeepers, not for someone standing on a job site.

So we built the opposite: a tool you can run from your phone, in Rands, that turns a quote into a paid invoice in a few taps. No desk, no app store download, no accountant required. Just quote fast, invoice faster, and get paid — with VAT, statements and reports handled for you.

BlitzBooks is built and run by Social Agencies, a Cape Town web, software and AI agency. We build practical software for real South African businesses, and BlitzBooks is our product for the trades.
