BlitzBooks has six reports for running a trade business: aged debtors, outstanding invoices, the VAT report, an income report of paid invoices, a month-by-month revenue summary and quote performance with your win rate. Insights adds money in, money out, profit and margin. Each report shares as a branded PDF on WhatsApp or email.

Who owes you, split into 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and 90+ days.

Questions about reports
Do the reports cost extra?
No. Every report is included in Solo at R200 a month and in Team at R499 a month.
What is the difference between the income report and the revenue summary?
The income report lists invoices paid in a date range. The revenue summary shows, month by month, what you invoiced, what you collected and what is still outstanding.
How is my quote win rate worked out?
It is the share of your quotations accepted, out of every quotation you sent in the dates you pick. Quotations turned into invoices count as accepted, and drafts are left out.
Can I give the reports to my bookkeeper?
Yes. Share any report as a PDF on WhatsApp or email, and export the VAT report and your expenses as CSV files.
