Team plan
Field tech logins for your team
The BlitzBooks Team plan is R499 a month and adds up to 5 logins for your field techs. Each tech signs in on their own phone and sees only job cards and the calendar, with prices hidden. Your quotations, invoices, expenses and client list stay yours. Everything else is the same as Solo at R200 a month.
How it works in the app
- Step 1
Upgrade to Team
In Settings, under Field Techs, tap Upgrade to Team. On Solo already? Your saved card is used and the new price starts at your next billing date.
- Step 2
Invite your techs
Type each tech's email address and tap Invite. They get an email and sign up at blitzbooks.co.za with that same address.
- Step 3
They work the job cards
Techs open their jobs, record what was used and the time on site, and get the customer's signature. You invoice from the finished card.

Questions about team logins
How much is the Team plan?
R499 a month for the whole business, with up to 5 field-tech logins. Solo is R200 a month with one login, and the tech logins are the only difference. See pricing.
What can a field tech see?
Only job cards and the calendar, with prices hidden. They never see your quotations, invoices, expenses, reports or client list.
Can I add techs during the free trial?
Yes. You can invite techs during the 7-day free trial. After the trial, tech logins need the Team plan.
Do I need job cards switched on?
Yes. Techs work from job cards, so turn on Track jobs and scheduling in Settings first.
