Do I need a card to start?
Yes. A card starts the 7-day free trial. We check it with R1 and refund it straight away, so nothing is charged today. If you keep going it is R200 a month from the day the trial ends. Cancel in Settings before then and you pay nothing.
What happens after the trial?
Subscribe for R200/month to keep creating quotes and invoices. Your data stays safe either way — you can always view and export it.
Is there an annual option?
Yes — R2,000 a year, which works out to two months free versus paying monthly.
Can my field techs use it too?
Yes — the Team plan (R499/month) adds up to 5 field-tech logins. Techs sign in with their own account and see only job cards and the schedule: never your quotes, invoices, money or clients. Try it free during your trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts and no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I pay?
Securely by card through Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
